What is included in the price?
We do all the work! We will design, deliver and decorate. The next day we pick it all up, launder the linens and disinfect the remaining items.
How do I book?
Please fill out our Party Inquiry Form. We will then contact you to book your party. An invoice will be emailed as well as a contract. Your party is not booked until your deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed.
Is there a deposit? When does the remaining balance need to be paid off?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 24 hours prior to your event or will result in cancellation of your party. Your party is not considered booked until your deposit has been paid and the contract has been signed. There is also a $100 REFUNDABLE damage deposit due at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Slumber Glamp does not refund any cancellations. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date. You may reschedule your party for up to 6 months after the original date. If you do not reschedule within 6 months your deposit will be forfeited.
What if something gets damaged?
A $100 refundable damage fee is collected at the time of booking. It covers damages, staining, broken/lost items or items needing excessive cleaning as determined by Slumber Glamp. If everything is returned clean and undamaged, your fee will be returned withing 48 hours. Any severely damaged, lost or stolen items will result in a fee equal to its replacement.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, PayPal or Venmo.
Is there an age requirement?
We ask that all guests be 5 and over.
Do you stay and host the party?
We don’t stay and host the party, however we ensure everything is picture perfect before we leave.
How long do we keep the teepees?
Our standard package is for a one night rental. Each additional night is $25 per teepee/per night.
How much space is required?
Each teepee set up is approximately 4 x 5 feet. We need a large, clear area that is free of furniture, prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, Slumber Glamp cannot move your furniture or items. The teepees can be arranged in a variety of configurations to fit your space. If you have any concerns about your space, we can call you to discuss and look at pictures to assess. Good set up areas are usually living rooms or basements cleared of furniture.
Can the tents be set up outside?
Currently, our teepees are indoor only.
Can we add additional tents?
Yes, you may add additional tents if they are available, but they cannot be subtracted after the initial booking.
How long will it take to set up? Take down?
Slumber Glamp will arrive 2-4 hours prior to your event. Set up can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the number of teepees required. Teepee takedown is approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
Do my guests need to bring a pillow? Blanket?
Yes, we do not provide pillows to sleep on for hygienic purposes. We do ask that you remove styling items such as decorative pillows and stuffed animals from the setup when it is time for bed and that guests use their own pillows for sleep. We do provide a throw blanket but if the weather is cold, we suggest you provide additional blankets or sleeping bags.
Do I launder the linens after use? How do you launder and sanitize your products?
We take care of all of that for you! After each event all linens and blankets are washed in allergy-free detergent. Items not suitable for washing machines, like teepees, styling items etc. are cleaned thoroughly with disinfectant spray. Other items like bed tables, laterns etc. are wiped down with disinfectant wipes. When not in use, the items are stored in plastic containers until the next rental.
Can you eat in the tents?
Dry snacks like popcorn, trail mix etc. are permitted on tray tables only. We ask that you do not eat staining foods, juices, sodas, use slime, fingernail polish, make-up or any other highly staining substance in or around our tent setup.
